    1. What is the difference between Mac App Store version and official versions?

    a. Apps purchased from the Mac App Store do not require activation keys or serial numbers. Once apps are downloaded, you can use this program after you input your Apple ID and password the first time you use an app.
    b. Apps purchased from Mac App Store do not work in copy-protected movies, like commercial DVDs, Blu-ray movies, VOB videos and DRM copy protected videos. To make DVD tools workable with commercial DVDs, please download and install free enhanced patch.
    c. All applications purchased from our official site are licensed per computer. That is, one registration code is unique for one computer. If you buy a single license, you can only use the registration code on one computer. However, apps from Mac app Store may be used on any Macs that you own or control for your personal use.

    2. How to update Apps purchased from Mac App Store?

    App Store keeps track of updates for the applications you've purchased. The Updates button in the toolbar shows the total number of application updates available for downloading.

    3. I have encountered "Failed to load! The Disc or File is protected!" error message when trying to backup DVDs with Pavtube apps from Mac App Store.

    To make DVD tools workable on copy-protected DVD movies, please download and install free enhanced patch. Then please put BDDVDDecryptPlugin.info file into the following directory.
